Jan 2, 2012 – Contact Roles

We added support for Case Contact Roles, allowing a Case to be related to multiple Contacts and thus showing up in the Cirrus Insight sidebar when viewing any of those Contacts.

Additionally, when relating an email to a Case or an Opportunity, the Contact that the email relates to will be added to the Case Contact Roles or the Opportunity Contact Roles.

    You should support Case Teams as well, if you don’t already. Case Teams are more powerful than Contact Roles.
