Which Salesforce sources can I build a list from?
List views, reports, report folders, and campaigns, plus CSV uploads and previous blasts. You can combine several in one send.
Can I use templates that aren't stored in Salesforce?
Yes. Cirrus templates appear alongside your Salesforce templates in the same picker.
Can I set up a blast for someone else?
Yes. Build the blast on their behalf, they approve it, and it sends at the date and time you schedule.
Are emails sent from my own address?
Yes. Blasts send from your own email account and sync back to Salesforce.
Do Email Blast emails sync to Salesforce?
Yes. Every email in a blast is logged to the matching Salesforce records, along with replies.
How many emails can I send at a time?
Each Email Blast can go to up to 500 recipients. Sending also follows the daily limits of your Gmail or Microsoft 365 account, and admins can set org-level limits to throttle sending based on internal policies.
Can I schedule a blast to send at a specific time?
Yes. Choose the date and time when you review your blast, and it sends automatically.
