If you have experienced an error message, sending the Cirrus Insight log to support can be particularly useful. To do this, click help beside your Cirrus Insight icon in the dark blue Outlook Toolbar. A screen will open showing the version of software you have installed. Click the link to "Send Error Report" and fill in details about the symptom when the error report email shows up. Then you can click send and Cirrus Insight support will reply with help and information. This option is not available for OWA and Gmail. Errors for those systems are trapped differently.
