We’re looking for a skilled Product Marketing Manager who is versed in developing messaging, programs, processes, and content to support product launches, customer adoption, and vertical transitions in order to enable our users and customers to get the most value out of the Cirrus Insight product and services.

We seek an individual contributor who can think strategically while executing for impact. The role will report to the Director of Marketing and requires a successful history of enabling customer adoption and product-led growth. **This position is location-flexible; however, RTP area applicants are desired.
Adoption & Expansion
Knowledgeable in product-led growth strategies and the ability to employ those strategies to increase user adoption, improve the customer experience, and enable expansion among the Cirrus Insight customer base.
Must be proficient in working with user and account usage metric platforms such as Gainsight PX and can effectively understand usage data, reporting on usage trends, feature set adoption, and usage goal settings.
Implement product-led strategies to increase trial user engagement and faster time to value.
Collaborates with Product, Senior Leadership, and Sales to develop strategies to continuously add value for our customers.
Understand the product capabilities at an expert level and can develop and recommend experience improvements, in-app communication strategies, and knowledge content.
Understands the Salesforce platform, community, and competition.
Develops ongoing feedback strategies including, but not limited to, customer focus groups, customer advisory panels, customer community, interviews, and aids in persona and ICP development.
Accountable for key performance indicators that show the impact of product marketing programs.
Product Release and Launch
Collaborates with Product Management to develop product positioning, messaging, in-app strategies, and content that resonates with our target buyer personas.
Develops and executes the go-to-market plan alongside sales & marketing leadership, which includes product naming, pricing, customer & sales strategy, and marketing campaigns.
Assess the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns that support our enterprise solutions on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes.
Vertical Transitions and Ongoing Support
Collaborate with business development to develop product positioning, messaging, and content that resonates with new enterprise vertical segments and/or personas.
Define our vertical transition playbook and manage the cross-departmental implementation of the plan.
Establish market intelligence—be the expert on our buyers, who they are, how and why they buy our enterprise offerings. Use this information to produce thoughtful, compelling content that incentivizes the consumer to act.
Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned across each of our core verticals.
Understand and support our sales. partner, and success teams; train them on the product use cases for our buyers and users; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use them.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
3+ years of growth marketing or product-led growth experience, specifically in a SaaS B2B space
Understanding of Product Led Growth methodologies
Product launch and release marketing experience
Knowledge of scaled agile framework and product development processes
Ability to translate technology features into customer benefits
Customer engagement experience
Solid written and verbal communication and presentation skills; experience presenting to medium to large audiences
Critical thinking skills with a proven ability to develop creative solutions
