If you've uploaded a document to Attach but it appears to be stuck processing after several minutes, you can take these steps:
1. From Attach, select Documents from the lefthand menu.
2. Choose the appropriate folder or search for the file by name.
3. Once you find the file, click the three vertical dots at the bottom right. Then select Reprocess.
4. If the issue persists after reprocessing, you can also upload a new version of the same document.
