On the Personal Settings page, your reps can enable + disable Email Sync and Calendar Sync. This is useful for orgs that don’t want to deploy the full app to their users for Gmail or Outlook--instead, you can just have your users sign into the dashboard, then go to the Personal Settings page, then authenticate by following the steps in this article.
Basically, the users will click on the feature they want to enable/disable (1), then select their platform (2), then click Begin Authorization (3):
Then, the users will be asked to authenticate (in this example, I go through the Google oAuth steps):
Then, once authorized, the user will set up their Email Sync + Calendar Sync how they’d like to use it:
They’ll click Enable Email Sync at (1), then choose whether to sync all emails or only threaded emails at (2), then select if they want to set up a rule for how we relate emails at (3), then click Update at (4) to enable Email Sync. Once the process is done, they’ll see a green Preference Saved message. Then they’re all set to go!
