Web Designer

Cirrus Insight is looking for their next Marketing rockstar that is ready to take on the role of Web Designer. The Web Designer will own and be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the Cirrus Insight website. Their duties include designing and creating web pages, supporting lead workflows, and integrating applications. Will lead collaboration with internal teams to review website templates, refine designs, and run tests to preview layouts and website features. The web designer will understand best practices to optimize the website for lead conversion, SEO, and visitor experience while ensuring that the website represents the Cirrus Insight brand. Experience with Hubspot CMS and SaaS website design is desired. This role is location flexible, but the Raleigh area is preferred.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participates in the modification and architecture of the website while maintaining the plan for future growth

  • Can translate requirements into web visitor experiences that keep visitors engaged

  • Develops, tests, documents, and implements high-quality website assets and applications on time that performs according to specifications and requirements documents

  • Will design and develop content-related web pages for lead generation

  • Continuously evaluates the design and functionality of supported websites and applications, and makes thoughtful and significant recommendations for improvements

  • Analyzes performance of websites and takes action to correct deficiencies

  • Develops and adheres to development standards that allow for the maintainability of code in a manner that supports team development

  • Provides the troubleshooting and resolution for site issues

  • Participates in the development and implementation of new processes that improve efficiency and enhance productivity

 

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A keen eye for great web design

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)

  • Digital marketing experience (3+ years preferred)

  • Familiarity with aspect ratios and frame rates

  • Very knowledgeable of CMS and Design tools, preferable Hubspot CMS

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills responsibilities:

    • Keen ability to monitor site effective and continuous optimization

    • Staying up to date on website trends and changes

    • Frequently monitors and provides feedback and recommendation based on visitor behavioral data.
