Just reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Account Executive. If you don't know who your CI contact is, send a quick note to Customer Support.
If there's nothing we can do to help, please contact the Customer Support team and request that your subscription be cancelled. When you do so, please provide a quick overview of your cancellation reason.
Once we've received your request, we'll send over a brief survey that helps us better understand your reason for leaving Cirrus Insight. We are always striving to improve our product and we would love to get your feedback, whether positive or negative.
