Customer Support Representative (Knoxville)
Cirrus Insight is looking for a full time Customer Support Representative for our team in downtown Knoxville. This is an exciting, dynamic and essential role in our company’s success! As a CSR you will receive customer support cases via email and chat, supporting our user base the world over. This position will require some technical (IT) knowledge as well as a familiarity with Salesforce.

This is a full time entry/mid level position in a fast paced, high profile startup environment. This position includes professionalization in: Customer Solutions & Support in a SAAS oriented landscape, Q&A, Real time problem solving skills via web and screen share support.
Skills required include the ability to work in a startup team environment. Ability to learn new products, concept and an eagerness to explore new technology. Problem solvers! Strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to thoughtfully identify challenges and solutions. Experience in customer service or support roles. Salesforce administration experience preferred. Attention to detail is a must!
