Can I keep using my current product?

Yes. You can continue to use the Cirrus Insight 2019 product and will not be required to upgrade at this time. 

We will continue to support the CI2019 product, however, we will discontinue product enhancements moving forward. All of our efforts will be focused on bringing best-in-class features and performance to our new platform.

We encourage all our users to experience the new platform. If that is something you are interested in doing, talk to your CSM, or contact support by using the Chat Now button on the screen.

Will I still have access to the knowledgebase for the CI2019 application?
