The UI will primarily be the same, logo/branding, font, and color palette will change. There may be additional functionality, but however in general it will be the same app you are used to using.
Your primary mode of login, through the sidebar will not change.
In addition, the dashboard will move from dashboard.zynbit.com to home.cirrusinsight.com
Lastly, you will want to make sure that your IT is aware of this change so that they may update any email servers, network firewall, spam filters with our new URL (*cirrusinsight.com)

If you are a Zynbit 2020 user, you will automatically be upgraded to the new Cirrus Insight UI. For Gmail users, this will happen on April 20th, 2021. For Outlook users, this will happen as soon as Microsoft approves the updated application we submitted.
If you are a ZB2018 user, nothing will change for you, however, we encourage all users to upgrade to the new experience as soon as possible. New feature/functionality development will only be available on our new platform. If you would like to know more, please contact your CSM or our support team.

Yes, our Gmail and O365 products provide the same functionality.
Please note, as of 04/20/21 the "Filed With" label for emails filed with the product will change from "Filed with Zynbit" to "Filed with CI".
Specifically - all emails filed through "Sync" will be labeled "Filed with CI".
Any emails filed manually will carry the label based on the product you are utilizing. This means if you have a Zynbit branded sidebar, those manually filed emails will be labeled "Filed with Zynbit". If you have a Cirrus Insight branded sidebar, those manually filed emails will be labeled "Filed with CI".
