December 2025 Release Notes

December’s updates focused on improving Meeting AI research emails, strengthening calendar and scheduling reliability, and giving administrators clearer controls over product settings and analytics. These changes help teams prepare for meetings with more accurate insights, maintain cleaner CRM activity data, and manage sync and scheduling with greater confidence.

Enhancements

Cleaner and more reliable Meeting AI research emails

Meeting AI daily research digest emails have been improved to reduce noise and provide more consistent insights. Duplicate meetings are now suppressed, and emails are only sent when meaningful research results are available. These improvements help users focus on relevant information without unnecessary inbox clutter.

Richer company insights in research emails

Research emails now correctly include company details such as industry, location, and employee count when available. This gives Sales and Customer Success teams better context about meeting participants without needing to open the application.

Clearer branding for research emails

Meeting research emails now display Cirrus Insight as the sender, making them easier to recognize and helping ensure users trust and engage with these insights.

Automatic time zone updates

User time zones now update automatically based on browser location when users opt out of update prompts. This helps prevent scheduling errors and ensures meetings appear at the correct local time when users travel or change locations.

Improved onboarding guidance

The onboarding experience now detects when users sign in to the Sidebar for the first time and automatically completes the setup task. Users also receive a confirmation message and helpful links to settings and quick-start resources, helping new users get productive faster.

More informative scheduling links and tracking

Team scheduling links now support standard UTM parameters, allowing marketing and sales teams to track which campaigns and channels drive booked meetings. This enables clearer attribution and improved reporting on scheduling activity.

Improved scheduling visibility and usability

Updates to the scheduling interface make it easier to share calendars and identify issues with team members whose calendar connections are missing or broken. This helps prevent broken booking experiences and ensures scheduling links work reliably for customers and prospects.

Cleaner scheduling integrations and data

Scheduling webhooks now include additional meeting identifiers and URLs, enabling more complete integrations and better downstream reporting for organizations that rely on scheduling data in external tools.

Reliability & Performance Improvements

More consistent Meeting AI research results

Meeting AI research now produces consistent results across users attending the same meeting. This ensures all participants see the same research output and reduces confusion about whether insights were generated correctly.

Reduced duplicate research summary emails

A bug that caused research summary emails to be delivered multiple times per day has been resolved. Users now receive a single accurate summary, reducing inbox noise and improving trust in the system.

Improved calendar sync reliability

Updates to calendar synchronization reduce the chance of duplicate meeting records appearing in CRM activity history. These improvements help ensure meetings are logged accurately and eliminate the need for manual cleanup by admins or sales teams.

Faster and more reliable calendar sync processing

Performance improvements to calendar account lookups help reduce latency during sync operations, leading to smoother syncing and fewer intermittent errors in larger environments.

Improved reliability of notifications and automation

Updates to event handling and notification tracking improve how system events are processed and delivered. These changes help ensure automated workflows and notifications behave more predictably.

Bug Fixes

Scheduling link “Copy Link” button reliability

An issue that prevented the Copy Link function from working with certain styled scheduling buttons has been resolved. Users can now reliably copy and share scheduling links regardless of formatting.

Improved Salesforce Sidebar stability

Several fixes address issues that prevented users from creating records, adding multiple contacts to events, or navigating object summaries reliably in the Salesforce Sidebar. These changes restore smoother workflows for managing CRM records directly from email.

Buyer Signals behavior in Outlook

A fix ensures Buyer Signals settings in Outlook now accurately reflect the user’s configured options, preventing inconsistencies between settings and the signals displayed in the sidebar.

More reliable admin CSV uploads

CSV uploads performed by administrators now correctly recognize numeric account IDs, eliminating false validation errors during bulk data imports.

Admin & Analytics Improvements

Standardized feature controls for admins

Product settings for major features—including Meeting AI, Scheduling, Email Sync, and Buyer Signals—now use consistent toggle controls. This makes it easier for admins to enable, disable, and manage features across their organization.

Safer configuration changes with confirmation prompts

Admin actions that affect multiple users or major product settings now include confirmation prompts before changes are applied. This helps prevent accidental configuration changes across an organization.

Improved sync analytics visibility

Updates to sync analytics ensure timestamps display accurate values and allow admins to customize which columns appear in their analytics tables. This makes troubleshooting sync behavior faster and easier.

Improved audit tracking for settings changes

Changes to organization and user settings are now logged more consistently, creating a clearer audit trail. This helps administrators and support teams understand when configuration changes were made and diagnose issues more quickly.

Closing

These updates strengthen the reliability of meeting insights, calendar and CRM synchronization, and admin configuration tools. Together, they help teams trust their meeting data, schedule more smoothly with customers, and maintain cleaner CRM activity across the organization.
