Archive | Customer Insights - Why isn't anything here?

There are a number of reasons why Customer Insights may not display on a given email.

The most common scenario is that no known person has read the email.  This could mean that the email has not yet been read at all, or that it has been read by someone not yet identified by the system.

The less likely cause is that the link between your system and the license server was interrupted.  In this case the license to see Customer Insights is needed.  To fix this, you need to refresh your license by disconnecting and reconnecting ZynBit.
