What's the difference between the full Extension and the lite Add-on for Gmail?

For a mobile-focused "lite" version of the Cirrus Insight Sidebar (via Gmail mobile app or non-Chrome browser), use the Cirrus Insight Gmail Add-on.

    • The extension is optimized to immediately provide data from Salesforce.
    • The Add-on requires more frequent calls to Salesforce to provide data, which can increase load times.
  • Scheduling tab
    • Insert personalized Scheduling links for different Meeting Types into emails.
  • Work tab
    • Manage Salesforce tasks, opportunities, events, etc.
  • List Send
    • Send a mass email to a Salesforce contact/lead list view.
  • Quick Actions menu
