Admins | How do I reassign Cirrus Insight user licenses?

When users become inactive, they may be removed in order to re-assign the Cirrus Insight license.

Administrators can use the Cirrus Insight Dashboard to invite, create and delete users.  To do so, click the purple Cirrus Insight Admin icon on the lower left side of the screen, and the choose Users.

When the user tab opens, you will see a red X beside each user name on the right side of the Licensed Users Tab.  Clicking the X will delete the user’s account and email/ link click tracking data.  It does NOT delete any information stored in Salesforce.  Note that you can not delete your own account.  Once the license is free by deleting the unneeded user, use the Salesforce Import tab or the Create User button at the top to create the new licensed user.
