April 2025 Release Notes

April 17th, 2025

Overview

Calendar Sync now handles deleted events more gracefully and a new setting was added to the Admin Dashboard that results in faster load times for first time sidebar users and when refreshing the sidebar.

Fixes were implemented to Calendar Sync error reporting and the Case Comments section was restored to the sidebar’s Related Lists section.

Enhancements:

Calendar Sync - Deleted Event Handling

  • When the setting “Delete events from email if deleted in SF” is turned off and a user deletes and event from Salesforce, Calendar Sync would re-sync the deleted event.

An update was made so that when “Delete events from email if deleted in SF” is turned off and a synced event is deleted from Salesforce, it does not get synced into Salesforce again.

Admin Dashboard - New Setting - Reduce Salesforce Objects to load

  • In some cases organizations with a large volume of Salesforce objects and fields would result in the Sidebar and certain Admin Dashboard pages to time out when loading for the first time after connecting Salesforce.

A new setting was added called “Reduce Salesforce Objects to load” which is enabled by default. This will reduce load times for people setting up the sidebar for the first time.

Fixes:

Calendar Sync - Error Reporting

  • In some circumstances duplicate sync errors could be created for the same event instead of the sync error count being updated.

A fix was implemented to increment the sync error count of an event instead of adding a new sync error entry.

Sidebar - Related Lists - Case Comments

  • A bug was found that results in the case comments option not being visible in the sidebar’s Related Lists section.

A fix was implemented that restores the case comments interface.

Overview

Enhancements were made to Dashboard, Scheduling and Reply Tracking features.

Several fixes were implemented to Meeting AI, dashboards, Reply Tracking, and Scheduling features.

Enhancements:

Smart Scheduler - Booking Links

  • In some circumstances the booking URL could fail to work due to special characters in the URL.

An updated was made to support special characters in the booking links.

Reply Tracking [Open Beta] - Default Settings Update

  • The Reply Tracking feature was originally configured to enable tracking every time a user starts to compose an email by default. This behavior can create confusion for users who aren’t expecting to receive reminders about emails they’ve sent.

An update was made so that reply tracking is available to be intentionally turned on by the user when composing an email.

User Dashboard - Smart Link

  • The Smart Link feature is meant to help streamline synced events and emails by allowing users to define advanced rules. It wasn’t obvious what this setting does.

A tooltip was added to the email sync and event sync settings in the user’s dashboard so they can learn more about the feature.

Fixes:

Meeting AI [Open Beta] - Calendar View

  • A bug was introduced that resulted in showing the full length of the calendar requiring users to scroll the entire page to see the calendar.

A fix was implemented to restore the original behavior of the calendar UI.

User and Admin Dashboards - Analytics Graphs

  • In analytics graphs when mousing over the doughnut chart the label of the moused over section could be hidden behind or mixed into other elements on the page making it hard to see.

A fix was implemented that puts the labels under the charge and making them easier to read.

Sidebar - Buyer Signals (Outlook Only)

  • For Outlook users after sending an email that has buyer signals enabled, the sidebar would appear as if no buyer signals were enabled as evidenced by greyed out signal pills.

A fix was implemented that ensures any buyer signal option that was enabled on the email is correctly shown as active.

Personal Scheduling - Availability Management

  • In rare circumstances a user’s calendar would show their availability extending past what they have configured in their booking URL.

A fix was implemented to ensure that the user’s calendar correctly displays their availability on their booking pages.

Enhancements:

  • In some circumstances when a user files an event with attendees who are both contacts and users in Salesforce, these people would not be populated in the correct fields or sometimes would not populate at all.

An update was made so people who exist as 2 different person record types are handled more gracefully and give the user more flexibility on how to save these people to the filed event.

Sidebar - File Email
  • In rare circumstances when an email has unexpected HTML code it would cause some of the email to be left out of the filed message object in Salesforce.

An update was made to better handle unexpected HTML formatting.

Sidebar - Templates, Link Tracking
  • In situations when a URL inserted by a template contains an ampersand, the URL would not work correctly when converted to a Cirrus Tracking URL.

An update was made to the Cirrus Tracking system to handle special characters when they are inserted by a template.

Calendar Sync - Duplicate Event handling
  • In situations where an event contains attendees who are users in different orgs in Cirrus Insight, calendar sync would duplicate the event in Salesforce.

  • The Support tile in the Help & Getting Started modal would link the users to a scheduling page instead of the Support page.

An update was made to take the user to the correct Support page when clicked.
Fixes:
User and Admin Dashboard - Long org names in left navigation
  • Long org names would not present properly in the left navigation making them look cut off.
