February 2026 Release Notes

February’s updates focused on improving Meeting AI adoption and reliability, strengthening email and calendar sync for enterprise environments, and giving admins more control over how CRM records and analytics are managed. These improvements help teams capture better meeting insights, maintain cleaner CRM data, and manage configurations more easily at scale.

New Features

Organization-wide auto-recording for Meeting AI (beta)

Admins can now enable an organization-wide setting that automatically invites the Cirrus Meeting Assistant to meetings. This makes it easier to roll out meeting recording across teams without requiring individual users to remember to invite the bot. Meeting hosts still retain control and can remove the bot if needed.

Download call transcripts as text files

Users can now download meeting transcripts as a simple .txt file. This makes it easier to analyze calls in external tools, share transcripts internally, or incorporate them into custom AI or compliance workflows without manual copy and paste.

Enhancements

Clearer admin analytics and insights navigation

Updates to the Insights experience ensure that admins and super admins are routed directly to relevant sync analytics views. This makes it easier to quickly assess sync health and diagnose potential issues.

Improved scheduling analytics data

Scheduling analytics datasets now include attendee names and email addresses, providing clearer context for reporting and troubleshooting calendar activity.

Improved admin onboarding with default configurations

New organizations now start with sensible record management defaults instead of blank configurations. This creates a smoother setup experience and helps admins understand how records are structured from day one.

Reliability & Performance Improvements

More reliable Meeting AI research and summaries

Meeting AI research and summary generation have been improved to handle edge cases more gracefully, including meetings where attendees are not yet present in CRM data. This results in more consistent research output and fewer incomplete summaries.

Better handling of meeting updates and rescheduling

Updates to the Meeting AI pipeline ensure that meeting updates and reschedules are handled correctly across research workflows and reminders, improving reliability when calendars change.

Improved email sync stability

Several improvements reduce email sync failures, including better handling of metadata retrieval and more reliable processing of email changes. These updates help ensure that email activity is consistently captured and recorded in CRM.

Improved calendar sync reliability

Fixes to recurring event handling and attendee syncing improve consistency between Salesforce, Outlook, and Google Calendar. These changes reduce discrepancies in meeting invites and attendee lists.

More reliable bulk sync operations

Updates to sync behavior ensure that historical sync settings are respected during bulk enablement, preventing unexpected backfills of older data and reducing the need for cleanup.

Improved sync performance for large environments

Performance improvements reduce the likelihood of timeouts and sync interruptions in larger customer environments, helping ensure more predictable data synchronization across systems.

Bug Fixes

Improved email retrieval reliability

An issue causing email retrieval failures in Microsoft integrations has been resolved, ensuring messages sync correctly and reducing disruptions for high-volume enterprise mailboxes.

Corrected calendar attendee synchronization

A fix ensures that events created in Salesforce now correctly sync attendee lists to Outlook, preventing incomplete meeting invites.

Improved admin dashboard loading

An issue preventing certain analytics and scheduling dashboards from loading correctly has been resolved, restoring full visibility into scheduling metrics.

Resolved sync conflicts with shared account identifiers

A fix addresses cases where sync failures occurred due to overlapping account identifiers. Sync processes now continue reliably even when similar account configurations exist.

Improved Meeting AI summary generation

An issue that occasionally resulted in empty or null meeting summaries has been resolved, ensuring meeting recaps are consistently generated.

Closing

These updates continue our focus on making Meeting AI more dependable, improving the reliability of email and calendar synchronization, and giving administrators greater control over CRM data and analytics. As always, we welcome your feedback as we continue improving the platform.
