June 20, 2025

Overview

  • Several enhancements and fixes were released for Scheduling, New Buyer Signals and Sidebar.

  • Microsoft has published our latest Sidebar update for Outlook that takes full advantage of their Graph API in preparation for the Outlook REST API being deprecated in October 2025.

    • For orgs who’ve already been using the sidebar in Outlook, O365 admins will need to visit the Integrated Apps page and approve the new sidebar updates in order for Outlook clients to get the new version. Once approved it can take several hours before the Outlook sidebar updates to the newest version.

    • There has been no change to the permissions we ask for.

Enhancements

Scheduling - New Meeting Buffers Added
  • To support more scheduling use cases customers asked to add more meeting buffer options. Some changes to display labels were made:

7 days was changed to 1 week
  • Three new buffer options were added and appear only appear in the First Meeting Buffer setting:
    • 2 weeks
    • 3 weeks
    • 1 month
New Buyer Signals (Sidebar) - Signals Tab filters
  • The Signals tab of the sidebar has a series of filer buttons, but these were acting more like sort buttons instead of filters.

Updates were made so these filters act like the filters in the Signals Dashboard: showing only emails that have signals related to the clicked button.

New Buyer Signals (Sidebar) - People tab Signals counters
  • When viewing an email, the action buttons for Reminders, Replies and Generate Research would show above the signal counters, pushing them down the page.

An update was made to ensure the signal counters are always above the action buttons.
New Buyer Signals (Sidebar and Dashboard) - Signals chart
  • The original implementation of the line chart was displaying results in sharp lines instead of smooth curves.

An update was made to ensure the line chart renders with smooth curves.

New Buyer Signals (Dashboard) - Table of emails
  • We have made several updates to improve the user experience and add more functionality of the Emails table.

    Key updates are noted below:
    • “Emails” title added to the table
    • Subject column is the first column
    • Recipient column renamed to Recipient(s) and made the second column
    • Date Sent column added
    • Title of “Location” changed to “Location(s)”
    • A tooltip added to the Location(s) column label to explain the results

Fixes

Sidebar - Compose window shows on top of the sidebar (Gmail Only)
  • Google performed a change their Gmail UI that resulted in the compose window not shifting to the left when the sidebar is open. This resulted in the compose window covering the sidebar.

A fix was implemented to account for the changes in Gmail. The compose window now correctly shifts over when opening the sidebar.

Sidebar - Signals Tab chart tooltip
  • The tooltips in the Signals graph were getting cut off when mousing over the right most signal.

A fix was implemented so the full tooltip is visible.

Scheduling - Team Scheduling availability
  • In some cases when a team schedule has more than 2 members, it would not render their combined availability and instead display an “unavailable” message.

A fix was implemented to ensure that the calendar always displays the collective availability for the team.

Scheduling - Team Scheduling with people who have no title

  • A bug was found that prevented Team Schedules from displaying availability if any member did not have a title setup in their profile.

A fix was implemented that allows Team Schedules to still work even if a member has no title.

Scheduling - One Click Booking
  • An issue was discovered that resulted in the sidebar not displaying non-Salesforce contacts in non-People tab features. This prevented the contacts from showing up in the One Click Booking feature.

A fix was implemented that ensures all contacts, whether or not they are a Salesforce contact, correctly appear in the sidebar where they should be expected to be found.

Sidebar - Email Blast (O365 Only)
  • After a recent update to the sidebar, Outlook users were not able to send Email Blasts. Upon further investigation it was determined that Microsoft’s Graph API was checking if the user was authenticated. If it found to not be the case, then it would fail and not prompt the user to reconnect their O365 account.

A fix was implemented so users are correctly prompted to connect their O365 account when issues with Graph API are detected.

Personal Scheduling - Rescheduled Events
  • In some cases when a meeting is rescheduled, the attendee would show up as the calendar owner instead of the attendee who booked the meeting.

A fix was implemented to correct the experience and ensure that meetings are rescheduled as the original booker instead of the meeting host.

June 6, 2025

Overview

  • A couple fixes were implemented for Manage Connections and Google Calendar Color coded event sync.

Fixes

Manage Connections - Google Accounts

  • In some circumstances when a user attempts to reconnect their Google account, they would receive a “refused to connect” message in the manage connections blade. A fix was implemented to ensure that users can successfully reconnect their Google account.

Calendar Sync - Google Calendar: Color coded event sync

  • When enabling the Filter Google Events by Color setting in the user or admin dashboard, all colors would be selected by default, resulting in no meetings being synced. The setting has been updated so that it selects one color by default when the setting is turned on. The admin or user can pick which color(s) to ignore during sync.
