Jon Harris Transitioning to Solutions Architect

Cirrus Insight is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan (Jon) Harris as a Solutions Architect. In this new role, Jon will be responsible for leveraging Cirrus Insight’s strong fundamentals and aligning customer needs.
Jon has been with Cirrus Insight for 4 years in multiple roles in our highly regarded support team. Previously as the Director of Technical Support, Jon was responsible for raising customer concerns to the attention of the engineering department and working closely to get resolution on highly technical concerns. Throughout his tenure, Jon has exemplified professionalism and has been extremely customer-focused.
In this new role as Solutions Architect, Jon will be responsible for identifying and solving technical issues that arise during the sales cycle, bridging the gap between our Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure our customers have the best possible experience with Cirrus Insight. Jon will be working closely with our Sales team and our client’s CIO, CTO, and Salesforce Administrators as they evaluate Cirrus Insight for stability and functionality through the trial phase and into implementation.
As a Solutions Architect, Jon will be leading the practice of describing and managing Cirrus Insight as a solution for our clients by bridging the gap between business problems and technology solutions. Jon will be working closely with our Sales team to work on proofs of concept, assist in configuring and architecting the best possible use of Cirrus Insight to derive the business value our clients seek. Also in this role, Jon will be responsible for building and scaling the Solutions Architect team, completing Security Questionnaires and risk assessment evaluations, creating and maintaining demo environments for our Sales and Success teams, as well as assisting enterprise customers with pilot program implementation and support.
