Release Notes

Welcome to Cirrus Insight 5.0

We want to make CRM and sales a truly one-screen experience: Email + CRM together.

With the launch of Cirrus Insight 5.0, we’ve created a unified experience for accessing your work and data all from the inbox.

We’ve gone from being a simple window into Salesforce when we launched years ago to being a full inbox upgrade that eliminates data entry and provides actionable insight for your team.

Our goal is to have the best user experience and interface available. CRM doesn’t need to be ugly or dysfunctional. Our latest version brings beautiful and modern design that works exactly how you want it.

We get it. With Cirrus Insight, CRM becomes something you truly want to use.

We’ve spent the whole summer perfecting it in our beta with great feedback, and now it’s yours.

How to Switch to Cirrus Insight 5.0

You install the new version the same way you originally installed Cirrus Insight. Go to our install page, and follow the instructions for the short two-step process.

The new extension includes all the permissions that users on the previous version had to grant individually to improve adoption and reduce opportunity for error.

Let's go over what you'll find after you install.

A Universal Experience

Gmail, Outlook, iOS, or Android. You’ll find the same experience no matter where you go. Navigate to any Salesforce record and view that record's related lists.

Powerful and Accessible Analytics

See a full-screen and detailed analysis of your tracking data in a separate tab instead of in the sidebar. Detailed Email Tracking reporting makes prospect activity (or inactivity) immediately actionable.

Improved Sidebar Navigation & Add to Salesforce Button

We've changed the sidebar to show four tabs for every record you see in the sidebar: Snapshot, Details, Related, and Inbox Apps. You'll see a huge increase in productivity by being able to navigate faster through Salesforce.

We've also moved the Add to Salesforce button from the top right corner to be front and center. You'll see it right next to your email tracking information
